"Got exactly what I expected"
I figured there might be something missing like there sometimes is with orders, but everything showed up just like it was supposed to. Order was right, nothing was missing, and overall it was good.

"Order seemed to go through okay"
I placed an order on bj-positivewear.com and got the confirmation email quickly, so on the surface everything looks fine. The site was simple enough to use, but I’m still a little cautious until the package actually shows up and I can see what the item is like. Giving it 4 stars for now, but I’ll feel better once delivery is done.

I ordered two items in the exact same size, and somehow they fit completely differently?? One was super tight, and the other was way too loose. It makes the size chart feel unreliable, honestly. I don’t think I’d take the chance and order again

The shirt fit fine, so no real complaints there, but I noticed a pattern after just a few washes, the print started cracking around the same areas after the third wash. I’ve had shirts like this before, and once that starts happening, it usually goes downhill fast. It’s not terrible, but I definitely expected it to hold up longer.

"Tracking got stuck and the package showed up late"
I was waiting on my package and kept checking the tracking, but it just sat there with the same update for days. At first I figured it would refresh soon, but nope, nothing really changed. The package did eventually arrive, just later than expected, and the tracking updates weren’t much help along the way

"Pretty limited selection"
I checked out bj-positivewear.com hoping to find a few different styles, but the selection felt small. Meh. Some of the categories barely had much to look through, and a lot of the items seemed kind of similar. It’s not awful or anything, just not enough variety for me. Bummer. I ended up leaving without finding anything I really wanted.

The sizes are okay overall, but I do wish they had more of the bigger ones in stock. Kinda frustrating when the style is there but the size isn’t.

"Felt like I had to fight to get it sorted"
I had a problem with my order and it ended up being way more stressful than it should’ve been. I feel like whenever something goes wrong, I’m the one stuck doing all the chasing, and that’s exactly what happened here. They did eventually reply, but only after I sent a few messages and kept following up. The issue was handled in the end, but it didn’t feel easy or quick at all. I was expecting much better support. Giving 2 stars because they did sort it eventually, but the whole experience left me feeling let down.

"Comfortable enough, but not super soft"
It’s comfy enough to wear, but, after a while, the fabric does start to feel a little rough. Not terrible, just not the softest material, in my opinion.

The return process was kind of slow and a little confusing. I did get my exchange in the end, but I had to message support twice just to figure out what was going on?? It worked out eventually, but I wouldn’t call it an easy experience.

I ended up ordering because the promo caught my eye, but once shipping was added the discount didn’t really feel like much anymore and the site was fine to use I guess, I just thought I was getting a better deal than I actually did so I’m not sure I’d bother ordering again unless the prices come down more

I liked the positive slogans and really wanted to love the shirt, but the whole experience was disappointing. My order took forever to arrive, the updates were barely helpful, and when I emailed customer service, the replies felt like they were written by robots instead of actual people. The shirt itself also didn’t feel worth the price. I expected a lot better and probably wouldn’t order again.

"Delivery was all over the place"
I ordered expecting it to show up in a normal timeframe, but it ended up taking way longer than I was led to believe. The most annoying part was the lack of clear communication — the updates were vague, and I kept checking for some kind of real answer but never really got one.
The products might be totally fine, but the delivery experience was frustrating enough to stick with me. If I needed something by a certain date, I wouldn’t feel confident ordering from them again.

"Shipping took forever and the reminders were annoying"
I ordered from Bj-positivewear and the shipping took way longer than I expected. The site made it seem like it would show up quickly, but I ended up waiting and waiting with barely any clear updates.
What made it more annoying was all the aggressive reminders and messages, like they kept pushing me to check things or come back, but couldn’t give me a straight answer on where my order was. By the time it finally arrived, I was already over it. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

Checkout was easy overall and felt like a smooth experience from start to finish.
I bought a couple of items, the cart updated right away, and the payment went through without any issues. I also liked that the steps were clear and I didn’t have to create an account before ordering.
The only reason I’d take off a star is that the shipping cost showed up a little later than I expected. Not a big deal, but it would be nicer to see it earlier

I was actually interested at first, but once I saw the prices, I had a serious “who do you think you are?” moment. Some of the items looked basic, like plain-Jane stuff wearing a fancy-price costume. I found similar things for less elsewhere, so the value just isn’t there for me. Unless the prices come back down to earth, I won’t be ordering again

"Bad timing and no real reply"
I reached out to bj-positivewear.com about my order and just didn’t get much back. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, but it still left me feeling stuck.
I sent a message through the website first, then followed up by email a few days later. I kept checking, hoping for some kind of clear update, but there was nothing useful, just more waiting.
The products themselves might be totally fine, so I don’t want to judge that part too harshly. But after already paying, not getting a proper response is really frustrating, even if the timing was just unlucky.
